Brentwood (United Kingdom), 24 August: We had booked a caravan which is a complete house by itself. This caravan has a facility of three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is really amazing as it is provided with a gas stove (with four burners), utensils, spoons, forks, hot water, room heaters and dry-kept toilets. Totally, I haven't seen anything like that so far. These caravans are connected to underground toilets and gas connections. Chetan, extremely innovative and a terrific cook: We were fortunate to have Chetan with us because he is extremely innovative and a terrific cook. He is multi-talented and a very helpful human being. As I also cook both, vegetarian and non-vegetarian was like a support staff to Chetan. He would also wake us up with beautiful coffee in the cold mornings.
